Accountability Reports

Dear Cotton Creek Families, Click on the following link to see the State Accountability Report issued by The Colorado Department of Education. This is the “state report card” for Cotton Creek. Our school rating is based only on the Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) scores. Each school has been placed on a “bell curve” to determine the ratings. If you want to know how your child performs on the various assessments, you can go online to ScholarsMart, an electronic system where you can monitor your child’s performance. (Please call the school office first to get your child’s identification number.) We have also included these reports in the menu on our Cotton Creek website. We cannot achieve success alone. We count on support from our families. Regular attendance, reading with your children, checking on completion of homework, establishing high expectations and working as partners with the classroom teacher–all are part of creating an environment for learning.
