Barnes & Noble Night Mark your calendar for Thurs., Dec. 3rd from 4 - 9 PM at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at 9370 Sheridan Blvd. This is the place to be for this very popular and fun evening! Do your holiday shopping from Dec. 3rd through Dec. 9th at the Westminister Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Just mention Cotton Creek Elementary at the cash register and we'll receive 10% of your total purchase. (Gift cards excluded). While shopping at the bookstore on Dec. 3rd, you can listen to the Cotton Creek Chorale sing, or you just might want to sit down with a cup of hot cocoa and listen to Mr. Kempsell read a holiday story. Any items purchased that evening can be wrapped for FREE. Any questions, please call Kayleen Spallone at 303-475-5337. Door prizes will be given.
Bradburn Holiday Bazaar
Mark your calendars for the Bradburn Holiday Bazaar on Friday, Dec., 11th, 2009 from 6 - 9 PM. Bring the kids! There will be personal shoppers to help the kids shop for Mom & Dad, hayrides and loads of fun. 15% of all items purchased will come back to fund Cotton Creek's students and staff. Look for a flyer to come home soon.
Cotton Creek Cookbook RECIPES NEEDED! We will start collecting recipes in January for the Cotton Creek Cookbook. Keep those favorite holiday recipes handy! More information to follow.
Spirit Day Join us for school Spirit Day on Thurs., Dec. 3rd. Wear your Cotton Creek t-shirt, sweatshirt, or school colors of blue and yellow. Let's show our COUGAR PRIDE!

Thank You B-I-N-G-O was a B-I-G success! Everyone had a really fun evening and huge thank you to all of the families who donated prizes.
Thank you Thank you to all of the families who came to Chick-Fil-A on November 5th. What a fabulous evening with PTA raising $571.00! Mrs. Langer's 3rd grade class had the highest participation and will receive an ice cream party and a special visit from the Chick-Fil-A cow! Her class is also enjoying the traveling cougar.
Donations Welcomed Many parents frequently ask the PTA Board if a donation can be made to the school rather than participating in a particular fundraiser or just because they would like to give some financial support to the school. Please know this is always an option and preferred by many families. Checks can be made payable to Cotton Creek PTA with a note attached indicating this is a donation. You may drop off your check in the main office or give it to your students' teacher. When you make a decision to send in a donation, it's important for you to remember that Cotton Creek receives 100% of the money. When you participate in a fundraiser, typically, an average of 50% comes back to the school. If you choose to participate, we appreciate your support for the wonderful staff and students of Cotton Creek.
