This wonderful holiday event provides an opportunity to raise funds for Cotton Creek while visiting with other families and getting some of that holiday shopping done. The date is set for Thurs., Dec. 3rd from 4-9 PM at the Barnes and Noble bookstore located at 9370 Sheridan Blvd. 15% of all items purchased(except gift cards) will come back to fund Cotton Creek's students and staff. Plan on attending this fun evening! Enjoy music provided by the Cotton Creek Chorale, listen to Mr. Kempsell read a holiday story, and best of all.....we will wrap presents you purchased that evening for FREE! Friday, Nov. 6th will be B-I-N-G-O night at Cotton Creek from 6:30 to 8:30 PM! Join us for a fun evening and visit with other families from Cotton Creek.         PTA NEWS Entertainment Books Thanks to all of the Cotton Creek families who participated in the Entertainment Book fundraiser. We have completed delivery of all books and closed out our sales. The Cotton Creek PTA made $7,100 on this terrific fundraiser. This money will be used to help fund field trips, buses, and guest speakers throughout the year.       Skate City – Back to School Night A huge thank you to everyone who came to the “Back to School” night at Skate City! We had 265 people show up for the event and Cotton Creek earned $530. Way to go Cougars! Mrs. Sand’s class had the most kids in attendance and was the winner of the class cookie party and the traveling stuffed Cougar trophy. Mrs. Kassowitz’s class came in second and they received a class cookie party. Congratulations! If you missed this fantastic evening or would like to go again, we will have another skate night in the spring.     THANK YOU Thank you to all the teachers and parents who came to our first PTA Board meeting. It was great to see a fantastic turn out.     MARK YOUR CALENDARS   PTA Meeting Nov 10th - Library - 6:30PM   B-I-N-G-O - Fri., Nov. 6th Gymnasium 6:30 to 8:30 PM All PTA Meetings are scheduled for 6:30pm on the second Tuesday of each month in the school library – September 8th, October 13th, November 10th, December 8th, January 12th, February 9th, March 9th, April 13th & May 11th.
