2008-2009 Supply Lists

The following lists of supplies have been compiled to assist you in preparing materials for your child's return to Cotton Creek Elementary this fall. It would be most helpful if all these items could be labeled or marked in some way with your child's name as each grade level requests (Grades 2nd - 5th).

KINDERGARTEN

Please DO NOT label items with your child’s name as they will be shared. Please label only the backpack with your child’s name on the INSIDE.

1 pkg crayola washable markers-classic colors (not thin)
2 boxes of Crayola crayons (16 count)
1 standard box of tissues
10 pencils with #2 lead (sharpened)
2 bottles of Elmer’s glue
8 Elmer’s glue sticks
1 set of 8-color watercolor paints
1 pkg of alcohol-free hand sanitizing wipes
1 box ZIPLOCK baggies (gallon)
1 bottle of liquid hand soap
1 large durable backpack with an opening large enough to carry library books, folders, etc.

OPTIONAL – (Please bring at least one of the following)
1 pkg paper/styrofoam bowls
Clorox Wipes
1 pkg Solo plastic cups – 9 oz.
1 pkg white paper plates
1 pkg clear wide packing tape
1 small bag of flour
1 box of salt
1 bag of beans or rice
1 bottle of liquid hand soap (not Purell)

FIRST GRADE

2 box Crayola crayons (24pk)
1 package Crayola markers (not thin)
2 thin black Expo dry-erase markers
1 pair pointed Fiskar scissors
2 pink erasers
15 glue sticks
1 bottle of Elmer’s School Glue – 4 oz.
1 box of Kleenex
